Hey there! I get it- life happens, and sometimes we need to cancel or reschedule appointments. It’s alright! But I would like to mention, I charge a 25% cancellation fee, for no-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment. This is only to ensure that I am partially reimbursed for my time, if something were to change last minute. I also understand that emergencies happen, and sometimes a last-minute change of plans is necessary. With that being said, if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment within 24 hours of your originally scheduled time, please reach out to me at 775-842-0483 to avoid a cancellation fee. Also, certain services will require a deposit to schedule online. This deposit is non-refundable, and will go toward the price of your service when you come in.
