Hey! I get it- things happen and sometimes we need to cancel or reschedule appointments. It’s alright! However, I do charge a 30% cancellation fee, for no-shows or cancellations within 36 hours of the scheduled appointment. This is only to ensure that I am partially reimbursed for my time at work, if something were to change last minute. I understand that emergencies happen, and sometimes a last-minute change of plans is necessary. With that being said, if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment within 36 hours of your originally scheduled time, please reach out to me at 775-842-0483 and we’ll figure it out! 😊 ⭐️Please note that if you show up sick to an appointment, or show up more than 15 minutes late, I will not be able to take you at that time and we will need to reschedule for a later date. ⭐️Deposits are non-refundable in the case of a no-show or last minute cancellation.
